  • Debris Removal:
Clearing out large items, construction materials, and general trash left behind by the construction crew.

  • Dusting and Cleaning Surfaces:
Thoroughly dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, light fixtures, fans, windows, cabinets, and appliances. This often involves specialized tools like HEPA-filtered vacuums to capture fine dust, especially from areas like drywall dust.

  • Floor Cleaning:
Sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and mopping all floor types, including specialized cleaning for carpets and hard-surface floors.

  • Detail Work:
Cleaning and polishing fixtures, baseboards, trim, doors, windows, and removing any paint, stickers, or excess caulk.

  • Restroom and Kitchen Cleaning:
Sanitizing and cleaning all surfaces in bathrooms and kitchens, including fixtures and appliances.

  • Phased Approach:
Many services use a phased approach, starting with a "rough clean" during or immediately after construction to remove large debris, followed by a detailed "light clean" to address fine dust and grime, and culminating in a "final clean" for a polished finish, allowing dust to settle and ensure readiness for occupancy.

  • Exterior Cleaning:
This can also include power washing exterior walls, cleaning windows, gutters, walkways, driveways, patios, and fences.

  • Safety and Compliance:
Understanding the need to use appropriate cleaning products for different materials and adhering to building codes and safety regulations, especially in active construction zones.
